Michelle Reisner is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Hospice and Palliative Care. She has been practicing in Hudson County for many years and has a passion for the diverse community. She follows patients in the hospital, nursing home and office. She also started a Housecall program called Community Housecall Providers in 2005 to help serve the elderly and homebound community of Hudson County. Her mission is to make it easier to receive the highest quality of medical care in the privacy and comfort of one’s home, especially as many elderly patients have difficulty leaving the house and are homebound. Dr. Reisner is the Director of Palliative and Hospice Care. She strides to improve quality of life for patients with advanced illness for whom the prognosis is limited and the focus of care is quality and comfort of life. She has been with Carepoint Health since 2014 and looks forward to continue to serve the community. Dr. Reisiner attended medical education at University of Witwatersrand Medical School and completed her residency at Jersey City Medical Center.
