Dr. Miner is a highly qualified podiatrist. She received her undergraduate degree from Union College in Schenectady, New York, and her medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in NYC. She then went on to complete a selective 3-year comprehensive surgical residency at the Hoboken University Medical Center.
