“We are thrilled to introduce the ‘CarePoint CAREs’ program as an integral part of our mission to provide quality healthcare services while actively listening to the needs of and contributing to the welfare of our community,” CarePoint President and CEO Dr. Achintya Moulick said in a statement.
“We believe that by working together and giving back to those who need it most, we can create a stronger, healthier, and more vibrant community for everyone. This initiative aligns perfectly with our vision of promoting inclusivity, social responsibility, and equitable access to high quality care.”
CarePoint CAREs, launched in conjunction with the recent establishment of the Just Health Foundation, a newly formed 501c3 nonprofit.
The Just Health Foundation serves as the philanthropic extension of CarePoint, reinforcing the organization’s steadfast commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered healthcare and fostering innovation within the communities it serves.
These dual initiatives collectively embody CarePoint Health’s mission to enrich the lives of the people of Hudson County, ensuring their access to high-quality healthcare while actively engaging with and supporting the diverse and vibrant community that defines the heart and soul of the region.
‘CarePoint CAREs’ is a program designed to strengthen CarePoint’s connection with the Hudson County community by empowering employees to give back and make a difference in the lives of those in need through volunteer work,” Moulick added.
“‘CarePoint CAREs will aim to address various social, health, and wellness challenges faced by community members by partnering with local nonprofits and civic organizations and hosting its own giving projects.”
