Jennifer Dobin is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience. She joined CarePoint Health in 2014 after holding a senior leadership position at Bayonne Medical Center (BMC).
Ms. Dobin is responsible for labor relations including union negotiations, management training, employee recruitment and retention, policies and procedure creation, budgeting and Joint Commission compliance.
Ms. Dobin was actively involved in the acquisitions of Hoboken University Medical Center (HUMC) and Christ Hospital. Among her many duties, she was responsible for determining work rules consistent with BMC practice, negotiating new union contracts, changing terms and conditions for employment of non-union workers and creating and administering new hire paperwork along with offers of employment.
Prior to joining CarePoint Health, Ms. Dobin worked in the financial industry at Pershing in Jersey City, NJ as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Business Analyst responsible for managing firm-wide employee metrics. She was hired at Pershing as an Associate Training Manager in 1998, was promoted to an HR Generalist in 1999 and was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Senior Business Analyst in 2000.
