Dr. Zbeda is a fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon with Rothman Orthopaedics, specializing in hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder surgery. He treats all conditions of the upper extremity including fractures, ten- don/ligamentous injuries, sports-related injuries, peripheral nerve conditions and arthritis. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Dr. Zbeda completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at Melbourne Orthopaedic Group in Melbourne, Australia. He also completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Zbeda is actively involved in research and has published multiple textbook chapters and peer-reviewed publications. He has also presented research at local and national meetings and has won multiple awards. He continues to perform clinical and biomechanical research on novel surgical techniques to further advance his field.
